Is Oozumi really free?
Yes. 8 games and toys are free forever, with no ads. Oozumi Lifetime is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks everything else.
Is Oozumi Lifetime a subscription?
No. You pay once and it's yours forever, including every new game we add.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Oozumi, go to Settings → Oozumi Lifetime → Restore Purchases, or tap Restore on the unlock screen. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Can my family use it?
Yes. Oozumi Lifetime supports Family Sharing, so everyone in your Family Sharing group can unlock it at no extra cost.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does Oozumi collect my data?
No. There are no accounts, analytics, ads or tracking. See our Privacy Policy.
